Terms & Conditions of Service
Contracts for services:
You will be given a full break down of charges for services. Any deposits or down payments requested for the beginning of projects are non-refundable. You will also be given many opportunities to approve or disapprove of work prior to us starting and completing the work. When you give us the go ahead to proceed, you authorize the contract. When quoting you the project for designs or services for graphics etc.. We give you a minimum of 3 (three) versions to pick and choose from. You own all three versions even if we produce a 4th result approved by you. There are always special conditions and instances and adjustments to final prices will be made or can be made if necessary, but not always to your benefit. Final payment is expected within 24 hours of completion. In most cases, full payment of services for projects under $100 will be asked for before beginning.
Alterations to this TOS will be made on the actual email confirming service. We take no responsibility for website content nor are we responsible to your hosting company for their terms of service, copyright infringement or any other legal liability you may be responsible for.
Refunds:
There are no refunds unless 1.) We have not started the work or 2.) We did not confirm or contract for the work and you sent us the money anyway or 3.) We cannot for unforeseen circumstances complete the work. (death, Illness, computer issues, etc.) If you decide to cancel after we have begun work, you still owe for the website.

Typos, and occasional pricing errors such as a 0 or a . Can be easily overlooked and missed. This does not relieve you of your responsibility to pay for services nor does it invalidate the contract or services you contracted for. It is your responsibility to make sure you understand the contract and services before we begin work.
Contact: Emails and Phone Calls
We do our best to stay in contact with you, notify you of progress and sometimes this requires Phone contact. Please be advised that repeated contact, phone calls or emails by you take up our time and you may be charged by the hour for this contact if this becomes excessive. What's excessive? More than 5 emails and/or phone calls generated by you before we have had time to read or answer the first one. If you do this constantly we will terminate the contract.
Changes: Please limit your request to One EMAIL or phone call per day.
Please wait while we work and make a list of changes and or additions rather than fire off several emails etc.
Budgets:
We will work with you on a budget. We can guestimate how much we can do for the amount you can afford, and work with you until the project is completed. We will require references, full contact and credit information. For contracts over $500 we require 1/3 down for 1/3 of the work, then 1/3 for the next 1/3 and the final payment before we finish the last 1/3. We are not a lending company and do not extend credit.
We reserve the right to refuse service based on community experiences or to anyone for any reason. If you have contacted and had problems with other designers and freelancers, please don't bring those issues to us. Be upfront, but don't make it our problem.
Guarantee:
We guarantee only our workmanship. We do not guarantee that you will make a million dollars with our services, nor do we guarantee that your neighbor will like your site two years from now. When you sign off on your project either by payment or acknowledge by email the work has been done to your satisfaction, you relieve us of any and all responsibility for your websites, graphics or services.
Additional provisions will be included in your quote and bid for services.
